I’m Ramona

As a founder and professional leadership and executive coach, my mission is to help leaders unlock their full potential, leading with clarity, authentic confidence, and purpose.

Before launching my coaching practice, I spent nearly two decades leading insights and strategy at world-class companies including Levi Strauss & Co. and eBay, and consulting for Twitter, SoFi, StubHub, and Ancestry.

Those years taught me how easily high-achieving leaders can lose connection with their sense of purpose in the process.

My own turning point came after the sudden passing of my sister — an event that shifted my definition of success. I began studying Positive Psychology and mindfulness, exploring what truly drives fulfillment and sustainable growth.

That journey led me to leadership coaching, work that integrates everything I care about: authentic growth, purpose, and meaningful impact.

The sudden passing of my sister became a turning point. I made a commitment to live a more meaningful life aligned with my values.

Since founding RH Coaching in 2018, I’ve coached and facilitated for organizations such as Google, Meta, Salesforce, Cisco, Warner Media, Nordstrom, Vuori, and UC Berkeley. Through The Inside-Out Leadership Accelerator™ (IOLA) and customized coaching programs, I help leaders expand self-awareness, release self-sabotage, and embody the authentic confidence needed to lead with influence and humanity.

I’m an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC, iPEC), EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Positive Intelligence Coach, Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
