Two decades at leading companies — and expertise in coaching the people who run them.

As a founder and professional leadership and executive coach, my mission is to help leaders unlock their potential, leading with clarity, authentic confidence, and purpose.

Before launching my coaching practice, I spent nearly two decades leading insights and strategy at Levi Strauss and eBay, and consulting for Twitter, SoFi, and Ancestry.

Those years taught me how easily high-achieving leaders lose connection with their sense of purpose in the process.

My own turning point came after the sudden passing of my sister. It shifted my definition of success and led me to ask harder questions about what I was actually building toward — and who I wanted to become in the process.

Since founding RH Coaching in 2018 I've coached leaders at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Anthropic, Cisco, Warner Media, Nordstrom, Vuori, and UC Berkeley, supporting leaders navigating expanded scope, rapid growth, and the question underneath all of it: am I becoming who I actually want to be?

I’m an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC, iPEC), EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Positive Intelligence Coach, Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy looks backward to heal. Coaching looks forward to build. We work on real present-day decisions — your role, your leadership, your next move — using frameworks from leadership strategy, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence.
