Born and raised in Romania, I was shaped by strong, wise women and a culture that instilled resilience. My passion is helping leaders lead from their most authentic, confident selves — and contribute their gifts to a world that needs them.

As a lifelong researcher, I developed the Manage In & Out™ Leadership Model — a practical, transformative approach that integrates energy and strategy, drawing on my lived experience and continuous training with best-in-class programs.
