I’m Ramona
As a certified professional leadership coach, my mission is to help leaders embody their most authentic, empowered selves and build careers that align with their purpose.
For many years, I built a successful career as a corporate marketing research leader, shaping brand and marketing strategies at eBay, X/Twitter, SoFi, Levi’s, StubHub, and Ancestry. While I thrived in my work, I felt an inner calling to discover something deeper - my true purpose.
The sudden passing of my sister became a turning point. I made a commitment to live a more meaningful life aligned with my values.
That led me to launch a self-funded research project on happiness and study Positive Psychology while freelancing. Along the way, I discovered leadership coaching — work that perfectly aligned with my Genius Zone.
I believe that when we live from a place of truth and purpose, we make the world a better place.
Today, I coach senior leaders at Google, Meta, Warner Media, venture capital firms, startups, and nonprofits. I help my clients release self-sabotage, elevate their leadership presence, and create the clarity, confidence, and fulfillment they need to make the positive impact they’re meant to make.
