Learn the 5 levels of energy how to effectively shift in higher gear.
When accessing your higher energy, you will no longer react when you’re triggered; instead, you’ll begin to observe and respond consciously. You’ll also be able to begin to see opportunities for growth where in the past you saw limitations.
Learn to tame your inner critic voice, and to overcome self-doubt.
We all have an inner “gremlin” which makes us feel we are not good enough, our voice or work is not important, that we will never do anything great, or that our work will never amount to anything.
That negative inner chatter, when not attended to, brings our energy down, and our vision for ourself out of focus. We feel unclear about what we want to do, we feel demotivated, and unfocused. Our work, and our relationships suffer. We feel that the world is a hard place and we don’t trust that we have the power to change our life’s direction.

Join a handful of amazing women on this inspiring 2.5-hour workshop! I will guide you to raise your awareness of your own magnificence, the unique you, who's here to be her best so you can create what you're here to create.
We'll work together on gathering that authentic, powerful energy within you. Through writing exercises and inspiring talks, you'll access what is waiting to be expressed and created within you. By focusing on your highest energy and letting go of limiting mindsets that deplete your energy, this workshop will help revitalize you. You'll connect with like-minded professional women in an inspiring setting.
In the serene beach environment, where nature is encouraging dreaming big, I'll guide you to uncover your vision for the rest of this year and beyond, your purpose, goals, and dreams. You'll see your inner magnificence and tap into your inner creative spirit while watching the waves, birds, and surfers.

uncover components of what's holding our energy back: self conditioning, old rules, limiting beliefs
identify typical disempowering beliefs (victim mindset, narrow perceptions of opportunities) with deeply empowering thoughts (win-win mindset, wide angle of ever emerging opportunities)
