What is coaching
My leadership coaching style is based on cognitive behavioral science, considered one of the most effective ways to help leaders transform their thinking which leads to sustainable behavior change.
With coaching leaders to improve self-awareness, identify blind spots, phase out old unproductive mental habits and self saboteurs, fine-tune a growth mindset, unlock true potential, improve relationships and team dynamics.
One on one coaching coaching helps each leader develop new ways of thinking about their work and empowers them to improve their performance, enhance the quality of their leadership style, and their own wellbeing.
Leadership coaching provides leaders with a safe space for exploring and addressing difficult emotions such as anxiety, stress, and anger.
How it works
Phase 1 - Scoping & Goals
Prior to the coaching, leaders receive an onboarding document with prompts to 1) outline leader’s goals, vision, challenges, desired changes, and 2) identify their leadership competencies around leading themselves (emotional control, resilience, self confidence, work/live balance, etc), leading others (assertiveness, conflict resolution, influencing, listening, communication, coaching and mentoring, etc).
In the first session, we dive into leader’s goals to uncover the motivations, the goal behind the goal.
Phase 2 - Energy Leadership Assessment
We uncover leader’s go-to mental model - their tendencies, their mindsets both in neutral situations, and in stress.
PHASE 3 - COACHING FROM THE INSIDE OUT
Each session is driven by the specific needs of the leader. To make the most of the coaching engagement, the coachee is expected to be open about their challenges and prepared to work on them with the coach.
