All leaders I work with are high achievers, work hard, dream big, and are recognized and rewarded at work. No matter who they are or where they work, the same issues keep coming up:
dissatisfaction

They feel less motivated, stuck doing work that doesn’t energize them, and are not really having the impact they want. They often feel little control over deciding the work and projects that come their way.

In this powerful group program you will join a small cohort dedicated to helping leaders get the projects and promotions at work that truly energize them. Over the course of 10 weeks, we'll use a tried and true powerful system to tackle imposter syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout.
