Hi, I’m Ramona!
A high-impact executive coach with a proven track record of empowering leaders to align with their purpose and make the positive impact they’re meant for.
I specialize in helping leaders empower themselves to actualize their highest vision and overcome subconscious, disempowering habits such as Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism, People Pleasing tendencies, and Procrastination.
Formerly a corporate marketing research leader in tech (Twitter/X, eBay, Levi’s, Stubhub, Ancestry), I’m an IPEC-certified professional leadership coach and trainer in Positive Intelligence®, Energy Leadership™, and Emotional Intelligence.
I am in the process of becoming a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through The Awareness Training Institute & Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
Here is what I believe
We all can elevate our mindset. This ability is nothing less than a superpower because it changes the way we feel and behave. It allows us to live in alignment with our values: as become aware of our vision, we activate our personal agency, and we increase our potential to impact the causes we care about.
My vision
Help 10,000 leaders become more empowered and aligned in their work, by getting more clarity about their purpose, overcoming inner saboteurs, and growing into their highest potential.
About me
I was born and raised in Romania, and after graduating from the Academy of Economics in Bucharest, I came to New York City for a one-year internship. I got my MBA at the Zicklin School of Business, CUNY while working full-time.
Before becoming an executive coach, I was a corporate marketing research leader in tech (Twitter, eBay, Levi's, SoFi) in San Francisco, CA. Even though I enjoyed my research work and my career was going well, I became aware that my path no longer felt aligned with my heart. I eventually decided to discover my calling, so we took some time to travel through Europe, moved to Romania, worked part-time remotely, and homeschooled our two girls.
When we returned from that year away, I quit my corporate job, started freelancing, and launched a self-funded research project on happiness which later led to creating my signature Inside Out coaching model.
What makes me different?
I developed my signature Inside-Out Leadership coaching framework, derived from Positive Psychology studies, Leadership coaching, and my own research. I love frameworks - tactical tools for transformation. Previously I interviewed 27 people from all over the world, and based on the insights I created an inner growth framework I call the Path of Happiness. I lead signature workshops on Inside Out Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Path of Happiness at corporate off-sites and retreats.
I deeply understand corporate work challenges, having led marketing research at large corporations and mid-size startups in San Francisco Bay Area (Twitter, eBay, Levi’s, Stubhub, Ancestry, SoFi).
I’m an action-bias coach: everyone I coached made a long-desired, significant life change within less than a year of working together: many were promoted (director, CMO levels), others pivoted to a new career, others launched a startup.
I experienced this transformation myself from coaching and made significant life changes: I moved to another country twice, changed careers, launched a consulting research business. I turned my life around when faced a family tragedy and re-centered by taking a year off, working remotely and traveling through Europe to reconnect with my own purpose.
I give back. I volunteer through The Coaching Fellowship, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing young women leaders, since 2020.
